The good and the bad

Let's start with the GOOD:

Melissa had an audition for a print ad for Royale Bank (i think, could also be National bank) today and in the process of taking her picture, when she was done, the photographer turned to me and asked if he can take mine for the ad as well. I was so floored! I told him I didn't have an agent, but he didn't care. Three shots and my "audition" was over. He really made my day! We should hear if we got the part by tomorrow. Cross your fingers.

Melissa also had a shoot for zellers today, so look out for the next Zellers flyer in your mail in the next few weeks!

And so the BAD:

We had to say goodbye to Tango and Cash today. They had become uncontrollable and it was getting out of hand. It was hard and I didn't want to do it, but my dad and husband made me realize it was for the best.

Melissa and I cried, not sure Meagan really understood. I hope they get adopted by a family that will be good to them.

Big prep day for me today/tonight...Our annual pool party/Melissa's birthday is this Saturday...cross your fingers for good weather!
