Yesterday, we had the brilliant idea to take a bike ride. Not your ordinary bike ride, but one that starts and ends 35kms later! It was a great ride. We went to old Montreal and had lunch, then we headed to the Circuit Villeneuve and lapped that twice, then back up to our car at Atwater. The wind was against us for half the time and that was exhausting. Not to mention, biking with an extra 32 lbs (Meagan) on my bike is hard, especially the uphills!! So needless to say, but butt is sore this morning! I think I will need to invest in some bike shorts if we plan on doing that again this summer. Val and Chris joined us on the ride and Val got a kick out of the fact that Melissa doesn't shut up! That girl can talk ! From the minute she wakes up till we put her in bed, and even then, she usually talks herself to sleep...
Glad to have a day off today!
